Returns & Refunds
The Bond returns and refunds policy is structured to stay simple, clear, and fair if something goes wrong with your order.

At Bond Research, we stand behind every order we ship. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Due to the nature of research-use compounds and strict quality-control standards, products cannot be returned, reused, or resold once shipped. Returned compounds cannot be reintroduced into inventory.
When You Are Covered
We will make it right if the issue is on our end. You are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- Your order was lost or not delivered within 14 business days of the ship date
- You received the wrong product and the shipment does not match your order
- Your order arrived damaged or compromised, including broken vials or visibly compromised packaging
In those situations, Bond Research will ship a replacement at no charge. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will honor that as well.
How to Request Help
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages. Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos if the shipment arrived damaged
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
